Beach Lifeguard Training at Whitsand Baywith the Adventure Bac students. Sun, Sand and Sea (albeit quite cold). After school it was straight back to the beach with some staff who are also doing the course. Lets hope for some more weather like this.

Haldon Hill Biking

Today the Ad Bac Students went to Haldon Hill to continue with the Mountain Biking section of their course.   They continued to develop there skills on the pump track and skills circuit, before heading out along the blue Challenge trail.  After a short break for lunch and another go round the pump track we decided to tackle the red, ridge ride trail. This route is more technical than the blue and tested the groups bike control and balance as well at their skills to look ahead and read the route.
