Staff Training Scotland





Mr Starks, Miss Dunn and Dr Jordan have just spent a week in Scotland undertaking some Mountaineering as part of ongoing staff training. During the week, we climbed Ledge Route, The Aonach Eagach and Tower Ridge as well as some indoor Ice Climbing at the Ice Factor and exploring the Lost Valley in Glencoe.

Goodbye Mr Jackson


Unfortunately Mr Jackson is also leaving us to go onto a new job

Whilst working with us, Mr Jackson ran the climbing club, took students Climbing, Walking on Dartmoor, Trekking in the Himalaya , as well as being a part of the CCF team..

I would like to thank him for all he has done over the five years and hope he enjoys his new job.

JSLA Bronze Team





Over the last 2 days, the JSLA Bronze group have been getting wet in the South Hams completeing their expedition in horrendous weather. It seemed to be continuous rain but there were smiles all round and all made it to the end.

Goodbye Mr Brice


Unfortunately Mr Brice is leaving us to go onto a new job as manager of a High Ropes Course in Somerset.
Whilst working with us, Mr Brice took students Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Walking on Dartmoor and in Scotland as well as delivering a vast range of Outdoor Education based PE lessons.

I would like to thank him for all he has done over the last year and wish him well in his new job.
