Well, we thought we would give it a go - head out for a boulder at the Life Centre then return to watch the Pinnacle with popcorn in Outdoor Ed!

mixed conditions for Ten Tors yesterday
Wow! Well done everyone for yesterday, the teams made great progress in the less than pleasant conditions, but smiled abounded and we finished in good time. Ready to go further next time!

Great trip down Bakers
Yesterday we had a brilliant trip down Bakers Pit with the Discoverers Club. We found lots of squeezes to tackle and speleothems to view, making a circuit of the main chamber before heading back to school to clean all the kit!

Bushcraft means pizzas!
What a wonderful day out. The sun faded and it didn't get below 4 degrees, but the students got a good fire going, made pizzas and hot chocolate, and then carved spoons until the fire was right and we enjoyed toasting marshallow before heading home to clear everything up!
