Sea kayak from the river Erme

 

A fantastic day paddling today. We went on the sea as the river levels are super low.

We found a cracking beach out of the wind and in the sunshine to get a fire going and made hot chocolate and soup before rock hopping back for a surf before heading home.

 

 

Rewarded with sunshine

 

A very good set of sessions today from the candidates, each brining their prior experience and knowledge to the fore and all enjoyed the sunshine after the last few days of cold and wind.

Day two of UKCC L1 and a little colder

 

Another good day, particular praise to those who performed the rescues in the chilly waters today.

 

First day of UKCC Level 1 for the Upper Sixth students

 

 

Today sees the start of the UKCC Level 1 Paddlesport course for the second year Sport Baccalureate students.
