Well done to those who were on the Dart on Wednesday afternoon. We had an extended session to fit in the travel and time needed on the water, but everyone improved significantly and by the end were able to break in and out and ferry glide at will. Next week we are, weather permitting, in racing boats going quickly!

Bronze DofE practice in the wind and the rain
The rain did not dampen spirits and the students had a great time putting to practice the many months of planning and preparation. Full steam ahead for the assessed expedition on Exmoor!

Caving at Pridhamsleigh

First Paddle of the Summer for the Paddling Club
All the students did very well even though the wind did its best to blow us to Kingsand, but we managed to find some shelter in the end. We looked at the different types of boats we will be using in the term and practiced falling out of them! All looking forwards to the Sea Kayak trip next week...

Climbing and Walking Adventure Day
Today the U6 BTEC students did some climbing at the Dewerstone before navigating their way to Cadover Bridge in the glorious sunshine.
